Business Change/Transformation Consultant
Co-founder of As it is, I have more than 20 years’ experience in delivering transformative business change.
In the role of consultant, I’ve helped many large companies take their employees through times of great change: a small carve-out company which, after a merger, became a tech giant; overseeing the replacement of entrenched, complex methods with streamlined, simplified procedures to save both time and money.
Some of my past clients include Balfour Beatty, NCC Group, JP Morgan Chase & Co, BT, Pearson and SCS Railways (the main works civil contractor for the HS2 project).
A qualified Change Management Practitioner, Agile Project Management Practitioner and PRINCE2 Practitioner, I’m also also chairman of the Oxford psychotherapy and counselling organisation The Listening Centre. I have a degree in Engineering from Durham University, a working knowledge of all the main programming languages and experience of many different computer applications.
Successful business change programmes rely on one thing above all else: effective communication. After all, the people aspect of change is the art of persuasion.
