Founder and Principal Consultant
I've been involved in change and transformation for over thirty years. I now specialise in Lean Change, Change Communications, Self-Organising and Men’s Work. I work with forward-thinking companies from start-ups to corporates who are committed to growth and transformation for both their people and the organisation.
I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, across many different sectors, including professional services, medical devices, IT, financial services, construction & infrastructure, and education. I’ve also founded and led several start-ups, including a tech company that grew to £6 million annual revenue in three years before before I sold it to GE.
My personal transformation journey began in my 20s when I first began seeing a therapist. In my 30s, I trained as a counsellor, founded a men’s group, and established The Listening Centre, a charity providing low-cost counselling, where I served as CEO for 15 years.
