Making meetings more enjoyable and productive

Yesterday I facilitated a Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ) with a client – one of my favourite ways to help teams solve big problems, fast.

Instead of open-ended discussions that go in circles, LDJ follows a structured process that leads to more ideas, clearer decisions, and better outcomes.

It’s a simple but powerful group exercise that can be run in person or remotely. In just 40 minutes, we moved from frustration to focus using a process that sparked creativity and led to action that people wanted to take.

Everyone felt involved, energised, and productive. No rambling chat – just real progress, fast.
