The context
In 2021, a global leader in standards, certification and business improvement launched a £41 million internal transformation programme aimed at increasing capacity and improving client experience, employee wellbeing, and regulatory confidence.
The problem
As the organisation prepared to grow and diversify, it needed to streamline and align its systems and processes across multiple departments. However, fragmented ways of working, inconsistent documentation, and a lack of clarity around responsibilities were holding progress back.
The solution
Working with subject matter experts and senior leaders, we mapped critical processes across multiple business functions and created a consistent set of Standard Operating Procedures. These formed the foundation for a coordinated training programme and a joined-up approach to change.
