I love developing strategy and turning it into a reality. I have over 20 years of transformational delivery experience, working with clients including Virgin Atlantic, Barclays Bank, Marks and Spencer and range of charities, local authorities and NHS organisations.

My strength lies in understanding different perspectives, developing a shared vision and driving delivery through collaborative problem solving. My practice is underpinned by theory as I am passionate about continuous learning. I enjoy working with new people in different environments, challenging the status quo and coaching teams to test and develop creative solutions. I have a strong track record in leading and managing large-scale change.
