Co-founder of As it is, I'm a change management, communications and employee engagement specialist, with over 20 years of working on change projects at organisations including WPP, Jaguar Land Rover, Pearson, Micro Focus, ExxonMobil, BP, Anglo American, T-Mobile, Cisco and BG Group.
I help complex global organisations deliver change and communications successfully, including restructuring and turnaround. I’m strong in working with teams to develop strategies that encourage employee buy-in to organisational goals, enable behavioural change and enhance brand commitment.
Much of my work has been with organisations and people going through change or looking to transform themselves. I’m a qualified coach and focus on the people aspects of change, including coaching, team development, employee engagement and cultural transformation.
