An Agile coach with more than ten years’ experience, I’ve worked on many different digital transformation projects across organisations in a variety of sectors including hospitality, sport, events, construction, housing, education, finance and non-profit.

By coaching development and business team members on Agile principles, frameworks and techniques (including Scrum, Kanban and Lean), I’ve led teams to build complex mobile apps and demanding web portals with extensive data-reporting requirements and ongoing support.

I’m passionate about driving teams to achieve their maximum potential, to lead them and make them feel empowered to strive for the best possible product in a collaborative and inclusive way.
