I have over 25 years of working with some of the world’s biggest brands, helping them to change, adapt, become more resilient and sustainable. In the late 1990s, I studied at Henley Business College which included a dissertation on the role of employee engagement in the success of change programmes.


I have a background in theatre and video production, and since 2000 have been helping organisations understand the importance of storytelling, narrative structure and stakeholder engagement, particularly when trying to align culture to new strategic objectives.
